  5. Am I unable to allow myself to feel happy and content?
  6. Am I attracted to upheaval, chaos, or conflict?
  7. Do I often find myself running around in circles, stuck,
    confused, or frustrated?
  8. Do I purposely create turmoil for myself.
  9. Do I find myself reacting to things or situations that I have no
    control over?
  10. Am I struggling with other addictions (i.e., alcohol, drugs, sex,
    gambling)?
  11. Am I attracted to illegal activities?
  12. Have I done things that I could have been arrested for (or have
    I picked friends who have)?
  13. Have I been involved in affairs, stolen from friends, or lied
    about something?
  14. Have I ever spent money recklessly?
  15. Have I ever lost my job, been sick a lot, or cost others money
    due to my recklessness/addictions?
