Ask yourself the following questions:
- Am I happy with my life?
- Am I the person I want to be?
- Does it feel as if I am incapable of achieving personal growth
or reaching my goals?
- Do I feel that I am capable of reaching my potential or will I
always have to settle for “second best”?
- Am I unable to allow myself to feel happy and content?
- Am I attracted to upheaval, chaos, or conflict?
- Do I often find myself running around in circles, stuck,
confused, or frustrated?
- Do I purposely create turmoil for myself.
- Do I find myself reacting to things or situations that I have no
control over?
- Am I struggling with other addictions (i.e., alcohol, drugs, sex,
gambling)?
- Am I attracted to illegal activities?
- Have I done things that I could have been arrested for (or have
I picked friends who have)?
- Have I been involved in affairs, stolen from friends, or lied
about something?
- Have I ever spent money recklessly?
- Have I ever lost my job, been sick a lot, or cost others money
due to my recklessness/addictions?
